The Berkhampstead project included a deck level swimming pool with a slot gully design curving around a sunken freeboard spa. Located in a purpose built building on the side of the main house, the swimming pool has full height subterranean basement below which houses the plant room equipment and allows access around the entire perimeter of the swimming pool concrete shell.
