Feasibility & Conceptual Ideas
Feasibility is the vital starting point to discuss site plans and conditions such as water table, ground make-up and any structural constraints. Once the design parameters have been agreed, conceptual ideas can then follow, allowing ideas to come to fruition.
Initial Drafts & schematics
After the conceptual ideas have been put forward, we then begin our initial design drafts, including CAD layouts, sections and schematic drawings. This stage starts to piece together the overall project whilst allowing time for feedback and alterations.
structural & engineering
With the agreed design complete our team can start working on the final structural and reinforcement drawings. These designs also include all necessary penetration points for the swimming pool engineering services to pass through the concrete shells.
construction & management
Once all the agreed drawings and designs are in place the project can then begin. Our on-site management team now oversee every stage and detail, working closely with architects, consultants and main contractors along the way to ensure a well-coordinated project.
